Note: If you fax or mail your registration, your institution will be billed for conference fees, so an authorized signature is required in the space provided (see your brochure mailed to you for the registration form).
The deadline to register for this year’s conference is May 30, 2008. Registrations will still be accepted after this deadline, but we will be unable to guarantee your place in a preferred class.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted with a minimum of two week’s notice any time prior to and including June 4, 2008. No refunds will be given after this date. However, arrangements can be made to transfer your registration to another individual from your institution.
