GOLDTrak® PC system
GOLDTrak® PC is a database system created by FPS GOLD that gives loan processors a tool to track and process loans from origination to closing. It runs on any IBM-compatible PC under Microsoft Corporation's Windows® operating system, and it can run in stand-alone, networked, and host-based environments. Because the GOLDTrak PC system is so flexible, it can be customized to match your institution's lending needs. GOLDTrak PC also works seamlessly with the FPS GOLD Loan Servicing and Accounting systems by moving loan data smoothly from origination, through funding, and on into the loan servicing area.
GOLDTrak PC helps you use any of the major loan interfaces and gives you the ability to complete the application process online. |

A separate program called GOLDTrak PC Setup allows you to create loan documents and defaults and to tailor them to your institution's lending practices. Once the loan documents have been created in GOLDTrak PC Setup, they are automatically saved to the GOLDTrak PC program, where you can print, save, and process loan applications. GOLDTrak PC Setup also has security options that can restrict screen access to specific workers according to their areas of responsibility.
GOLDTrak PC was designed with efficiency and ease-of-use in mind. It features a tree view to the left of the input screen that lets users see program naviation at a glance. Fields are organized and grouped on GOLDTrak PC screens according to their function. The number of fields available for loan programs is virtually unlimited so institutions can have as many points of data entry as they need.
