Seminars and Workshops
FPS GOLD holds two major seminars each year for client training and forum discussions on current and future product and technology developments.
Directions is FPS GOLD's annual client training and workshop conference. Institutions send management and employeesto Directions for detailed product and systems training within groups and one-on-one sessions with FPS GOLD specialists.
Both the Executive Summit and Directions provide networking opportunities with other institutions, and FPS GOLD assures some relaxation and fun with entertaining banquets and golfing at the nearest resort.
Training
Conversions
Any conversion to a new system is obviously a challenging time. With many years of experience, FPS GOLD has a proven standard for conversions. A specific conversion and training team is assigned to work with and adapt to your banking institution. The FPS GOLD conversion team hosts and conducts multiple training sessions at FPS GOLD training sites. The team works with the banking institution to map and convert data files and then spends several days on-site in the two weeks prior to the conversion. After the conversion weekend, the team remains on-site for another business week for conversion maintenance. At a mutually determined time, the team returns for a conversion follow-up.
As part of the conversion process, all institution staff and employees receive hands-on training of the FPS GOLD® system and products. Once conversion is complete, the institution will, seamlessly provide service to customers. |

FPS GOLD's Network Control Center (NCC) is engineered to provide our clients with superior technical support. NCC is staffed with highly-skilled professionals, trained specifically in the implementation of FPS GOLD® products. Since our network was designed and built solely by NCC staff, our engineers are uniquely qualified to support your systems.
