Network Control Center
FPS GOLD's Network Control Center (NCC) is engineered to provide our clients with superior technical support. NCC is staffed with highly-skilled professionals, trained specifically in the implementation of FPS GOLD® products. Since our network was designed and built solely by NCC staff, our engineers are uniquely qualified to support your systems. As an FPS GOLD client, you'll be assigned an NCC professional to design a system tailored to your institution, configured to minimize costs without compromising performance.
The Network Control Center is staffed Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The same staff that builds and designs your institution's network will monitor and maintain it for you. They will also ensure your questions are answered. You'll get the service you need, anytime, with a single phone call.
